Horse Racing Tips from Rick Morris Victoria's sole race meeting today consists of an eight-race card at Kilmore. The track is currently rated a Good 4, with a slight chance of drizzly showers in the morning and moderate to warm temperatures after a couple of scorching hot days prior. The rail is in the true position, which will give all horses their chance. The last meeting here was on November 22, when 6 of the 8 winners were positioned in the first few in running.
