Harness Racing Tips for Menangle 05/11/22

A night of wide open markets creates a very interesting meeting at Menangle tonight.

Value is the theme of the card and I’ve identified my three main plays.

Race 1 #2 Always Rockin (2) $7.00

Always Rockin (2) may have found a winnable race here.

The eight-year-old gelding has been consistent in recent times, having to do a lot of work in his races.

I am hoping the lead is here for him tonight and if he claims it, he will take some running down.

Race 5 #6 Punt Away (5) $7.00

A wide open mares race here and I am happy to be with Punt Away (5).

This pacer brings winning form from the Riverina and tonight gets the services of gun reinsman Jack Trainor.

While this race may appear a step up from her win at West Wyalong, it is not a super strong field and she looks a nice price.

Race 8 #5 Western Style (5) $4.40

Western Style (5) can finish fastest in the final race.

The Chris Judd-trained gelding was a long way back last time but still reeled off some nice sectionals, something he does every week.

Re-united with usual driver Cam Hart tonight, Western Style can be too speedy for them when it counts.
