Looking to make it two wins on the bounce is Jazzy Star (1).

The seven-year-old was able to show speed at both ends last week, when disposing of a similar field he faes here.

With the ace draw, a gun driver and the fact he is arguably the best horse in the race, it's hard to go past the favourite.

Menangle Race 6 I Cast No Shadow (7) $2.60

I Cast No Shadow (7) headlines a superb field in this week's Group 3.

Jason Grimson has taken this horse to another level since joining his stable, highlighted once again by a dominant win here a fortnight ago.

While there are no slouches here, I think the best form of this pacer is a level the others can't match.

 

Menangle Race 9 Another Statement (4) $26.00

A bit of a roughie to end the night in Another Statement (4)

The QLD pacer has encountered harder fields than tonight in his two starts at Menangle and may enjoy the class relief.

This is definitely an open betting race but with Will Rixon aboard, this looks tremendous value.
