The 3YO I Am Invincible filly was wound up first-up off three cracking trials.
She struck nothing but trouble in the Group 3 Quezette and deserved to be in the finish.
She recorded a huge last 400m sectional in that clash (22.36), which was a meeting fastest time.
She now returns to Sydney for the Furious Stakes and brings a new found line.
I had a nice opinion of her as a 2YO, where she started $2.50 in the Percy Sykes against some key rivals here before pulling up with an issue.
She is ready to win early in her prep off the three solid trials and profiles well.
The filly has drawn well in behind what looks to be a very fast tempo up front. The in-form Hugh Bowman jumps aboard and will look to settle her just off the speed with cover.
She has an explosive turn of foot and I expect to see this in full flight come Saturday, when the whips are cracking.
She's a lovely filly who has matured well at three.
Randwick Race 7 #2 Dreamforce $6.50
Happy to side with the John Thompson trained galloper over the highly touted Zaaki on Saturday.
His last start 11 of 14 doesn't read well on paper, but that was a decent enough fresh effort and will have him primed for a huge second-up run.
He's drawn much better in barrier 3 this time around, regains the services of Nash Rawiller and finds a race he can easily dictate from the front.
He'll handle the give out of the ground if the showers do come, and that will only be another tick in his favour against the favourite who is first-up.
I can only see Zaaki drifting in the market and I expect Dreamforce to start around the $4 mark.
Good bet at the current price!
Randwick Race 8 #2 Cascadian $3.60
This looks a nice race for Cascadian second-up, following an unlucky fresh effort when he was checked on the corner in the Group 1 Winx stakes.
He was beaten under half a length behind Mounga and Verry Elleegant, with a fast finishing 5th.
Last preparation he improved dramatically second-up when getting back a long way in the group 1 George Ryder Stakes, before finishing off well into 4th behind Think It over who he meets here again.
He rounded out that campaign with a victory over the Randwick mile third-up in the Group 1 Doncaster Handicap, before a luckless 3rd in the All Aged Stakes behind Kolding and Savatiano.
He brings top-class form-lines, is suited to weight-for-age conditions and has drawn perfectly in gate 3 with an option to settle closer in the run.
The step-up to a mile for this clash and a track with some give in it looks the perfect recipe for the European import to get back into the winner's circle.
