Brad Davidson spoke to the Big Sports Breakfast team on Friday morning and gave punters two of his best bets for Saturday racing and commented on some rising stars of the turf.
Before Davo got to his best bets, he spoke about a few standout horses who are going around on Saturday.
Randwick Race 8 #4 Insurrection
Laurie Dailey asked Davo about the chances of his multi pick Depour in this race.
Davo indicated that while he had the Adam Campton trained runner in his top selections, his money was with Insurrection in the race.
Brad had a huge wrap on the Tony Gollan trained Freedom Rally who will be looking to rack-up its fourth win from as many starts.
Quoted as $1.65 on the Sky Racing breakfast program, the mounting interest from punters since Davo spruiked the horse has seen it firm into the skinny odds of $1.35.
Davo believes it is potentially one of the future stars of the turf, suggesting punters are likely see it compete in big Stakes races in the near future.
Davidson announced two of his best bets for Saturday racing, surprisingly one at Eagle Farm and the other at Randwick.
Eagle Farm Race 4 #3 Kanazawa
Brad was very hot on this 4YO gelding's chances, indicating that he had it 10 ratings points clear of it's nearest rival in the race.
The only negative he saw was with the horse's map in the race, but Davo was confident that it had the ability to overcome the challenge.
Randwick Race 7 #10 Tintookie
Brad is happy to take on the short priced favourite Mogo Magic. His sectional analysis indicated Tintookie ran a better time at his last outing and in particular her late sectionals were far superior.
