Morphettville plays host to the Group One Goodwood Handicap over 1200m on Saturday.
With a field of 16 runners engaged you can expect sparks to fly early which will give the back-markers every chance to fly home late.
Santa Ana Lane used last year's victory as a springboard for further success, having notched up three more Group One victories since.
Off the back of a dominant win in the Robert Sangster Stakes, bookies have Spright as the $3.80 favourite.
Morphettville is currently rated a Good 4, with the rail out 4m from the 1200m to the 600m mark and 6m out for the remainder of the circuit.
Jumping from the 1200m at this track, runners have 600m to find a position in the run.
The only runner with early support has been Malibu Style, who has been specked from $31 into $21.
Two runners have been on the drift, including favourite Spright who is out to $3.80 from $3.30 openers. Jamaican Rain is the other runner who has softened, out to $10.00 from $8.00.
Won the Group One Oakleigh Plate when first-up last prep and will be primed to improve on her impressive first-up record of three wins from five starts.
The wide barrier is no concern given her racing pattern and with plenty of speed engaged, she'll be flying home late.
Looks over the odds and is clear third-pick.
Dominated a similar field in the Group One Sangster, after settling near last and then flying over the top to win by 1.2-lengths running away.
From the wide draw, punters should expect much of the same here and with plenty of speed engaged, she looks set to win again.
She's the best galloper in the field and now that she's broken the Group One drought, expect her to continue on her winning way.

Pushed forward last start and found plenty to win the Group Two Euclase over this track and distance.
With plenty of speed engaged here, it wouldn't surprise to see the bubble burst. No thanks!
Meets Spright 2kg better from her last start defeat and looks set to get the run of the race behind a nice tempo.
She'll look the winner at some stage and if the back-markers find trouble, she'll be the last one standing.
Clear second-pick.
Improved third-up in the Listed Wangoom and meets the winner, I Am Someone, 4kg better here.
He's been specked in early markets, which suggests stable confidence is high.
At the price, he's worth including in the wider exotics but will need to show further improvement to be competitive.
Produced a huge effort for the new stable first-up and drops 4.5kg for this assignment.
With 8 wins from 16 career starts, there is no doubting that the son of Toorak Toff is a talent.
However, he's yet to prove himself over 1200m at Group level.
At the $7.50, he looks under the odds and is worth risking.
The winner of the Listed Wangoom makes the step up in grade here and from the nice draw, will be able to settle closer in the run this time around.
He meets fourth-pick, Malibu Style, 4kg worse off at the weights and given he got the dream run last start, I am happy to oppose him here. Pass!
#14 Jamaican Rain $8.00>$10.00
Pulled up lame after starting favourite in the Group One Coolmore Classic at Rosehill.
Her first-up record of four wins from five starts suggests she'll be ready to rumble over the 1200m.
She produces her best on a rain affected track, but with the sun shining it's unlikely she'll jump out of the ground.
