Following wet and windy conditions in Perth over recent weeks, Spring has brought a welcomed return to near perfect Saturday racing conditions.
With no rain fall since Tuesday and only sunshine predicted for the remainder of the week, punters will be salivating over a dry Belmont track.
The rail is out 3m and the track is likely to rate a Good 4.
The last time the rail was in this position, the track was rated a Soft 7 and played fairly with winners coming from everywhere.

Belmont Race 1 Tip #5 Black Ducati $2.25
Black Ducati comes to Saturday racing after a solid win last time out, getting up in a class one at Belmont.
She was raced up near the speed on that occasion, before proving too strong in the straight. Although she looked a touch green, she will have improved considerably from the run.
She gets a nice 3kg off here and retains Chris Parnham, where from barrier two he should be able to land in the first four runners with ease.
Plenty of upside with this girl and will take beating.
Belmont Race 3 Tip #8 Brave Dream $2.60
Brave Dream is a first-starter from the Williams yard and is by Declaration Of War out of Dreamaway.
The filly has won two trials, with the most recent one coming last week where she put in an eye catching run.
Pike rode her and was beyond midfield in the run, before swinging wide to charge powerfully down the outside under a nice hold.
She looked like she had plenty more to give and as long as The Wizard doesn't get pocketed on the inside alley, she can fire here.
Belmont Race 6 Tip #10 Amelia's On Fire $1.90
Amelia's On Fire returns from the paddock here after a cracking last prep.
The filly ran fourth in the Group 3 Gimcrack as well as the Group 2 Karrakatta Plate, and looks to have a bright future ahead of her.
She won a trail two weeks ago in great fashion, leading all the way under hands and heels with a gap of almost 3 lengths to the nearest runner.
Chloe Azzopardi rides and gets in with just 52kg after her claim, so you can expect this pair to be hard to catch out in front.
Her one career win came first-up and off that nice trial you'd expect her to be forward enough to run well.
