This weekend's Belmont card is headlined by the Listed Birthday Stakes, to be run over 1200m.
There will be nothing but blue skies in the lead up to Saturday and the track is likely to be rated a Good 4, with the rail in the true position.
Belmont has been playing evenly in recent weeks and punters should should expect to see more of the same this weekend.

Belmont Race 3 Tip #1 Some Sort $4.00
A nice field of three-year-olds will line up here.
Some Sort should jump straight to the lead, with Specialism, Pure Dynamite and Rio Del Mar all likely to lob in just behind.
Some Sort is racing very well, winning two on the spin and despite going up in the weights, looks the one to beat again here.
Jade McNaught retains the ride and draws a handy gate in barrier four.
Look for her to lead the field once again and prove hard to run down.
Mike's Race 3 Tips
1st Some Sort
2nd Power Of St George
3rd Specialism
Belmont Race 5 Tip #4 Cockney Crew $1.75
Cockney Crew is low flying at the moment.
After having a soft trial following a 20 week freshen, the gelding came out first-up and obliterated them by over 8 lengths.
He jumped straight to the front in that hit-out and bullied the field throughout the run. After already pinching a couple of lengths around the turn, he then smoked the pipe across the line to notch up the most arrogant of victories.
He steps up sharply in grade here, but this boy placed at Group and Listed level last campaign and has also won before when second-up.
Peter Hall retakes the reigns and you can expect him to jump and lead from the wide draw. Take him on at your peril.
Mike's Race 5 Tips
1st Cockney Crew
2nd Heavinly Affair
3rd Friar Fox
Belmont Race 8 Tip #11 Samizdat $7.00 Best Bet
The headline race of the day, which oozes quality.
The warrior Great Shot likely leads, with Lady Cosmology expected to boot up underneath him.
Achernar Star and Man Booker will look to roll across from gates 7 and 10 respectively, to take a sit behind the leading pair.
Samizdat resumes off a three month spell. He notched up two impressive wins last prep and there is no reason to suggest he can't go on with it here.
He accounted for Essential Spice in both of those victories and that galloper has franked that form-line by going on to win her last three races.
The gelding has had one trial in preparation for this, when he ran well under a hold from Jarrad Noske.
Off the short spell, he should be cherry ripe for this and he gets in well with 57.5kg which is a long way off the 62kg he carried last start.
Drawn wide, look for him to sit off-the-pace before swooping late.
Mike's Race 8 Tips
1st Samizdat
2nd Man Booker
3rd Acherner Star
