We've seen some cracking tipping performances from Matt Welsh in the past, but what he delivered this week may be the pick of the crop.

The Victorian form expert found two winners apiece at Flemington and Warracknabeal, but it's what he did at Geelong on Friday that had everyone talking.

Welsh bagged 3 winners at Geelong, two of which he made a best bet: Colossal Star ($11.10) and Diaquin ($11.30).

Two tip two winners on the one card at this price is hard enough, but to make both of them a best bet is something else.

Factor in a double stake for all of Welsh's best bets across the week, and his tips drove a thumping $3,340 in cash profit, at a 111% POT.

It doesn't get much better than that.

The multi-talented Matt Campbell was next over the line, after steering his followers into a handy 42% POT.

The Get On panellist found 3 winners on Saturday, including $8.70 pop Gonnadancealot in the first at Flemington.

With Jason Richardson over in Tokyo for the Olympics, punters will be looking to Campbell to continue the recent success for the Get On team. 

Rounding out the podium with a small profit, but a profit all the same, was Blair Gibson. 

Gibbo bagged 6 winners up in Queensland this week, at an average price of $3.18 and a solid strike rate of 32%.

Punters will be looking to the Queensland racing expert to build on this profit over the coming weeks.

Caulfield tips

Caulfield is the scene of Saturday's metro racing in Melbourne, with the Group 3 Bletchingly Stakes the feature on the card.

With some good recent form at the track, Clint Hutchison looks the tipster to follow.

Hutchi has bagged 6 winners at a strike rate of 33% and an average price of $3.77 over the past 30 days at the Heath.

This has resulted in a solid 26% POT for everyone who followed his tips with an even stake.

Plenty of punters will be doing exactly that on Saturday.

Who's Flying?

Country Victorian presenter and form judge Ben Sporle has been impressing in the Racing.com stable for a while now.

He's showing fat profit stats over both 180 and 365 days, in a testament to his consistency as a tipster.

Focusing on his 365 day stats, and in this period Sporle has tipped 13 winners at a superb strike rate of 35%.

They've also saluted at an average price of $4.29, driving a fat 51% POT, or almost $2k in cash profit.

While he doesn't have a massive tipping output, it's always worth following whatever tips Sporle offers up.
