The highlight was undoubtedly William Thomas, who Hunter identified as one of his best bets of the day. In his race analysis, Hunter suggested an each-way bet on the John Price trained gelding and he duly saluted at the juicy $10.90/ $3.50 odds.

Mark Hunter's horse racing tips review at Caulfield 18th April 2020
Race 1: #6 Jumbo Ozaki (Low) and #9 Sikorksi (Low)
Hunter couldn't have tipped any better in the first race on the card.
Jumbo Ozaki just edged out Sikorski to pay a handy $4.
But, if you threw a quinella on Hunter's two tips, it paid a fat $17.
What a result that would've been to kick things off.
Race 4: #4 Declares War (Medium)
This Matt Cumani-trained gelding ran a solid race without really threatening, finishing 5th.
Race 7: #8 William Thomas (Medium) and #10 Humma Humma (Low)
Once again, Hunter tipped with absolute precision.
Not did William Thomas get up, but it was Hunter's best each-way bet of the day.
It paid a juicy $10.70 for the win and $3.50 for the place, in what was a terrific return.
But it didn't end there.
Like Race 1, those who threw a quinella on would've been swimming in profit.
That's because Humma Humma got up for second, with the quinella paying an enormous $44.40!
Imagine the size of the POT if we factored these quinellas in.
Race 8: #2 Broadwayandfourth (Medium) and #10 Knowles (Low)
Both of Hunter's tips were far from disgraced, but couldn't do enough for the win.
It was roughie Lankan Star that saluted.
Race 9: #8 Moonlight Maid (Low) and #12 Affair To Remember (Medium)
Affair To Remember came with a late charge in the last, but in the end was just too far back.
She finished 3rd, while the race was taken out by 50/1 roughie Florent.
