Remarkably, they clinched 9 of the top 10 spots with only our very own Ben Beare preventing a clean sweep.

But it wasn't all bad news for the media experts.

One WA form analyst in particular is on a streak that will be the envy of punters and experts alike.

But first-up is Shogun, who raked in a table-topping $9,330 in cash profit from $100 win bets.

This huge haul came about after Shogun tipped 25 winners at a fat average price of $9.21.

There's a Japanese flavour to this pro punter.

Shogun cleaned up at Funabashi races last Friday, finding four winners on the card, all of which started in double-figure odds. 

This included 30/1 shots Suzuno Chelsea in Race 9, and Katsukono Yume in Race 6.
