NSW racing is headlined by a blistering meeting at Gosford this Saturday, with The Coast Race Day.
There are two feature events on the program and Nic Ashman caught up with Joe Pride on his key runner in the Takeover Target.
While Joe raised eyebrows with his comments on his star runner Think About It, he also gives punters a great insight into what to expect.

Joe Pride concedes Think About It will be at his most vulnerable in Saturday’s Listed Takeover Target Stakes at Gosford on Saturday.
But the Warwick Farm horseman expects the four-year-old’s class to be the deciding factor.
“There’s no doubt this will be when he’s most vulnerable. You know, wide gate, tight track and short of his best trip,” Pride said.
“But he’s a proper horse that is rising through the grades fast and these types of races are perfect for horses with that profile.”
With just one defeat from seven starts, Think About It hasn’t been seen since winning the Group 3 Liverpool City Cup [1300m] at Randwick on February 25.
Pride was buoyed by the tactics the son of former champion galloper So You Think led in a race.
“That really pleased me seeing him go forward,” Pride said.
“He’s getting faster [out of the gates] with every start and he’s still maturing.”
Trial pervs around the country pricked their ears when Think About It showed he was ready for his return with a victory over 814m on his home track last month.
“He was good there and he bounced out of it nicely,” he said.
“I just think this is a horse with loads of ability and still on the way up. I couldn’t be happier with him and expect him to prove very hard to beat this weekend.”
