What a week it was for three of our most well-known tipsters.

They not only put in great individual performances but led the charge for the punters, who put the media experts to shame.

It wasn't a total disaster for the media tipsters though, with a few of them sneaking into the top ten for most cash profit.

This West Australian couldn't have hit a purple patch of form at a better time.

With the racing scene set to shift from Melbourne to Perth for the Summer Carnival, Sandgroper has staked his claim as the tipster you want to be following.

But don't think that this punter just limits himself to Perth racing.

His monster profit of $8,030 from $100 win bets over the past 7 days came from 33 winning tips at tracks all over the country.

Hands down his best winner was Always Sacred, which got home at whopping odds of $106.50 at Murray Bridge last Wednesday.

It's no wonder Sandgroper topped the table after reeling in this whale.

Securing runner-up for most profit last week was none other than Turfcutter.

This New South Welshman has long been one of the star punters on theGreatTipOff.com.

It's no surprise he's listed as a "pro" considering that on the all-time leaderboard, he's sitting in third place with almost $20K in profit from $100 win bets.

He added to this total in the past week by finding a thumping 69 winners at an incredible 42% strike rate.

These figures generated a cash profit of $4,610 from $100 win bets.

Wow. 

But if you thought 69 winners was a lot, have a look at Sporty's effort.

This Queenslander raked in no less than 90 winning tips over the past week, which resulted in a cash profit just shy of $4K.

This was enough to earn him the final spot on the podium.

Sporty had a flying start to 2019 and was one of the tipsters of the month in January, February and March.

He'll no doubt be looking to end the year in the same fashion that he started it in.
