As I type the track is a Soft-5 with rain about leading into (and on) Saturday. Rail is back TRUE.

Was 10m here 6th August and hard on the inside rail was arguably inferior ground. In straight races it was middle of the track and beyond.

In Sydney it is ROSEHILL and ratings are for SOFT track there also. Rail is 5m.

Was TRUE here last meeting and they were off the inside rail.

At the previous meeting the rail was 7m and those on that inside rail had a definite advantage.

Came away nicely Kenso running one of days fastest last 200m splits at the end of 1550m.

Runner-up then won (and had placed to Born A King).
