Sunshine Coast Race 4 Tip #1 Epic Rant $3.70
This Natalie McCall trained galloper is undefeated first-up (2 from 2) since joining the Sunny Coast trainer's stable.
Both of those wins have been here at his home track, where he can use his finishing sprint to his advantage.
There has been some early backing for the son of Snitzel and the 2kg claim for Justin Huxtable gets him in well with 59kg, given he is the top rated runner in this field.
There appears to be a bit of speed in this field, so the apprentice may choose to drop him back from the wide gate. However in a small field, he can get over the top of them late.

Cranbourne Race 3 Tip #1 Alterno $10.00 each-way
This galloper was very unlucky first-up at Sale and arguably should have won the race.
He looks well suited here, given he appreciates the cut out of the ground and will strip fitter second-up.
With the rail out 7m today I suspect there will be some advantage to on-pace runners, so he's drawn perfectly in barrier 3.
Look for Michael Carson to sit just off the leaders for a soft run in transit.
He's a great 1x3 bet at good each-way odds.

Belmont Race 4 Tip #1 Wine Night $2.50
Wine Night returns to the mid-weeks following a last start failure in Saturday grade.
She was never fully tested by her jockey in that hit-out, as Peter Knuckey felt she was uncomfortable in her action.
The mare started favourite in that race against much better opposition than she meets here and she was trucking strongly on straightening, before being eased down.
Prior to that, she beat home quality metro gallopers such as Boomtastic and Put A Spell On You over 1000m. A return to that sort of form has her winning this.
Today she drops in grade to a weaker 54+, she'll appreciate the 1200m and draws kindly to sit perfectly just off the speed.
Connections have decided to claim with apprentice Chris Graham taking the 3kg off her back, which sees her carry 2kg less than her main danger He's A Gunslinger.
She was a late scratching last Wednesday, when knocking her leg while being floated to the track.
If we can forgive her latest run and trust the stable to present her fit and healthy for this assignment, she'll prove hard to beat.
