This mare from the Robert Heathcote yard is ready to put back to back wins together.

She powered home to win a BM72 last run over 1350M at Doomben and should handle this slight rise in class.

In the listed Spear Chief at Eagle Farm she was ridden too close to the speed landing outside the leader. This did not suit, however she managed to finish only 4.55 lengths off them.

Luke Dittman, who rode her beautifully and shot her through the gap last start, retains the ride with only a 0.5 kg increase.

Dittman will elect to take up similar tactics here and have her nicely positioned in a midfield position.

The wet track will not be a concern as she has won on heavy going previously, which eases any concerns over the weather.

The way this mare is performing, I'm tipping she is going to put in a career best run.

Flemington Race 6 Tip #2 Dice Roll $2.05

Trainer Nick Ryan has done a magnificent job getting this former French galloper back to the form he displayed as a three-year-old.

Since coming to Australia, he has oozed class winning his first three starts on the bounce. The most impressive thing about the wins has been the way he's been finishing off his races, and that makes me believe he is finally ready to tackle 1600 metres again.

Looking back to his form in France, he was placed in a Group 1 1600 metre event. This fills me with confidence that he will be suited by the distance.

From barrier 6, Fred Kersley will have him ideally positioned midfield with cover before unleashing late right over the top of them.

Rosehill Race 6 Tip #1 Grand Piano $6.00

Keen to back this 4YO gelding who has come back firing this preparation after a disappointing spring campaign last year.

Out to a more suited distance at his last two starts, he really hit the line hard and placed second on both occasions by under 0.2 lengths.

He thrives in the cold winter conditions and seems to get the perfect set up in this race out to 1500m.

From barrier 4, look for him to get a cosy run midfield with cover as some of the lighter weight horses push forward to pester favourite Canasta.

He loves Rosehill, boasting a win and a second from his three starts. Furthermore, the addition of Nash Rawiller is one of the biggest ticks of approval having ridden him to 4 wins and a second from 6 starts.

They clearly know each other inside out and I expect Nash to get him home for punters on Saturday. Follow with confidence.

Rosehill Race 7 Tip #4 La Chevalee $3.90

If you backed La Chevalee last start, you will understand me when I say she was a moral beaten.

The mare was held up nearly the entire straight and only got going late to miss by under 1 length.

She's back a touch in grade this Saturday and carries 0.5kg less after the claim from the apprentice. From the wide alley, look for her to roll forward and find a spot near the lead, off the fence.

She loves wet tracks and with a bit of luck early can win.
