Eagle Farm Race 8 Tip #1 Alligator Blood $13.00
This bloke was once the star of Queensland racing and is a Group 1 winner.
His two trial wins suggest he is getting back to an ultra-competitive level.
His first up performance may have seemed like he looked out of his depth chasing genuine speedsters, however he would have derived a lot of benefit from that tough hit out.
Stepping up to 1400m for this clash, we should see a different horse.
People are quick to forget that he defeated Superstorm in the Group 1 Australian Guineas over 1600M.
Baylee Nothdurft will accompany him in the saddle and in a race where there isn’t a lot of speed, he should sit in the first few in the run.
He appears to have overcome his earlier injury concerns so if he is there at the business end of proceedings, the Gator will prove very hard to hold out.

Flemington Race 6 Tip #1 Blazejowski $4.80
The big grey from the Eurell yard in Blazejowski is a terrific play in the Kennedy Handicap.
He looks to have come back in super order and his two runs back are evidence of this.
He started off his prep with a lovely return over the unsuitable 1000m on the bottomless Cranbourne track, where he hit the line strongly lumping 60kg.
Again, he carried a big weight and was in an awful position second-up at Pakenham before producing strong late sectionals.
Third-up now is where the grey performs at his finest, with a terrific 4 starts for 3 wins record.
He also now rises to his pet distance range at 1400m.
With the in-form apprentice Josh Richards’ claim, he looks well weighted here against his rivals.
Blazejowski ticks a lot of boxes for this assignment and look hard to beat.

Flemington Race 7 #5 It'sourtime $3.60
Gifted sprinter who hasn’t run since he won the final race of the Flemington Spring carnival.
On that occasion, he was resuming from a spell and was successful over 1100m, producing the fastest last 200m for the day.
He now steps up 100m to 1200m, a distance which he has had two starts over for a win and a second at Group 3 level.
His trainer Danny O’Brien has made an art form out of attacking the summer period successfully.
This lightly raced 4YO has the capacity to be a player in better races.

Ascot Race 1 Tip #1 Revitup $2.00
I don't like relying on 2 year olds, but Revitup is absolutely fool proof for a juvenile.
She's a jump and run type that they simply can't catch over 1000m.
A 4 length winner last start over the 1000m, she should be very hard to beat again.
Her only career blemish was over the 1100m, when she was picked up on the line.
Brad Parnham takes the ride and she goes up 2.5kg, but that shouldn't bother her.
Expect Revitup to lead and win.
