Race 2 – Fumiko
Fumiko was a victim of circumstances last start, finding herself too far back in a race where it was nearly impossible to make up ground.
Despite the challenge, she closed well, recording the 16th fastest last 200m in what was a very fast-run event.
She’s clearly in good form, and with a more suitable race setup, she’ll be hard to beat.
Stick with her, she’s a winner waiting to happen.
Race 9 – South Of India
South Of India was outclassed last start but is set to take plenty of benefit from his second-up performance.
He still has improvement to come as he works towards recapturing the career-best form he showed when third-up at Randwick last preparation.
Keep an eye out for a similar third-up setup this time around, where he’ll be primed to deliver a peak effort.
