Punters continue their dominance
It was a tough week on the punt for most but that doesn't mean that everyone did their dough.
There were a handful of cracking performances, highlighted by the weekly top 10 leaderboard for most cash profit.
What the leaderboard makes abundantly clear is that it was the punters who dominated, with just two media experts sneaking in.
Top 10 leaderboard for most cash profit
We'll get onto those experts soon, but first-up we have to acknowledge the terrific week that Tezzaraki had.
This veteran punter from the scenic Moreton Bay region of Queensland has featured as a tipster of the week more times than we can remember.
Over the past 7 days, he found $6,460 in profit from $100 win bets, after 21 of his tips saluted at a sensational average price of $10.46.
Tezzaraki is clearly not shy of going for the value and this is backed up in his tip results.
The highlight selection was Alyawarre Miss, which got home at 60/1 odds at Bunbury on Sunday.
Tezzaraki's big roughie
It's no wonder Tezzaraki topped the leaderboard.
Speaking of top tips, the aptly named Toptipswednesday had a week to remember.
He steered his followers into 14 winners at another impressive average price of $8.49.
This generated a cash profit just a whisker under $4K, at a strong 50% POT.
Despite what his tipping alias suggests, this punter provides tips for his followers just about every day of the week.
But it's on Wednesday when he always seems to have the best of it.
Last Wednesday, he jagged Elusive Nature at Rosehill, that got home at fat 35/1 odds.

For Wednesday tips, you can't go past this punter.
The best pro punter of the week was CMan1995, who finished up with an even $2,500 in cash profit from $100 win bets.
This came about after 20 of this young gun's tips got home at an average winning price in excess of $5.
CMan1995 is in a rich vein of form of late.
He was one of October's tipsters of the month and at the rate he's going, he's on track to feature amongst the November awards too.
To illustrate this point, CMan1995 has tipped a profit in 7 of his previous 10 tipping days, as well as 4 of his last 5.
CMan1995's hot form
But now onto the media experts, and the best of the bunch was Michael Charge from SKY Racing.
This presenter and form analyst has won plenty of fans for his passion and commitment to the North Queensland racing scene.
But it was his tips that really had punters cheering this week.
Charge tipped 22 winners at an astonishing strike rate of 49% and 108% POT.
With a handy average winning price of $4.26, "Chargey" delivered a monster profit of $4,880 for everyone who followed his tips with $100 bets.
What an incredible tipping week from this fan favourite.
The final mention goes to Simon Thomas from the Daily Telegraph.
This highly-respected form analyst ended up with $2,250 in cash profit, after 15 of his tips got home.
Thomas's tips helped punters out of a spot of bother at the Kembla Grange meet on Saturday.
That's because in the one million dollar feature race, The Gong, Thomas tipped the winner Mister Sea Wolf.
Not only did he bag this 25/1 shot, but he made it his best bet to boot.
We hope punters trusted his confidence and loaded up on this great tip.
