Speed map specials for Victoria Derby day 2017

We're not expecting any significant bias at Flemington or Rosehill this Saturday, with both tracks currently a good 4 and no significant rain expected. We've found two speed map specials for Saturday, one each at Flemington and Rosehill.

Rosehill Race 2 #8 Rekindled Force

This colt has plenty of early speed and will be able to lead this race, with Beacon his only competition up front. Rekindled Force possesses a superior turn of foot and should be primed for the third up tilt. Has been very dominant in front to date and expecting Rosehill to offer its typical favours on a dry track. Currently $5 fixed odds.

Flemington Race 7 #6 Sully

I am expecting a bit of pace in this race with up to six runners likely to be pressing forward. This sort of race pattern will set up perfect conditions for Sully who is crying out for 2500m after recording the fastest closing sectionals at his recent outing over 2000m in the G1 Champion Stakes.
