Saturday racing tips from Rick Morris
Eagle Farm Race 7 Tip #13 Gotta Kiss $3.80
At her only attempt at 1400m, this filly finished strongly to run second behind star galloper Rothfire in the Group 1 JJ Atkins.
She did something similar last start, running on hard behind the talented Isotope over 1200m.
She has two wins and two seconds from four starts at the track and third-up here, she should be ready to produce a peak run.
The three-year-old galloper gets in beautifully under the set weight conditions here, considering she has the highest rating in the field and gets 2kg off the colts and geldings.
Stephanie Thornton has always had a good affiliation with the filly and will ride her back as per her normal racing pattern.
The long Eagle Farm straight will allow her to reel in her rivals and finish too powerfully for them.

Eagle Farm Race 9 Tip #2 Athiri $4.40
The Godolphin galloper returned super last start off a nice freshen and looks set to push on through the summer months.
Her win in the Listed Razorsharp last start was dominate, riding a hot speed before kicking away late to score by 1.5 lengths.
The mare has shown no signs of stopping this prep and off a three week freshen, she looks in great order and set to run well again today.
She gets Nash Rawiller on her back, who is one of the top front running jockeys in the country from barrier 5.
Look for her to get a perfect run and she won't mind the cut out of the ground, with the official rating a Soft 5.
All she has to do is hold her form and she is right in this race from a positive map.
We are getting a great price here, for a mare on the rise.

Caulfield Race 1 Tip #1 Impecunious $2.30
This former Kiwi mare toyed with her rivals at her Australian debut over 1200m at Caulfield.
The step up to 1400m will suit even better, and I expect her to improve with the blinkers going on.
She looks a classy filly who can go on with it today!

Ascot Race 3 Tip #3 Ration Aly $2.70
Ration Aly's three runs this prep have all been eye catching, in tougher grade than what she lines up in here.
Form around horses like Miss Frost, Dig Deep and Point Taken should hold the mare in good stead for this event.
She loses regular rider Joey Azzopardi, but does pick up the services of the talented Paul Harvey. The ear muffs are on pre-race to try and help correct some pre-race manners.
She steps out to 1600m for the first time here, which looks to be a nice progression for the fourth run this preparation and should suit her strong turn of foot at the end of races.
With multiple front-runners engaged, I am expecting the tempo to be genuine and set the race up nicely for Ration Aly who will likely settle midfield or slightly worse.
We will need a touch of luck from there, but I expect her to come home strong and prove her class over this field.

Randwick Kensington Race 1 Tip #11 Morioka $19.00
I like the way this two-year-old filly made ground after the line in her first trial.
She finished last, but she was not far off Mura Mura a few hundred metres past the winning post.
She worked home nicely at her next trial, which suggests the 1150m for her first career outing will suit.
Waller will have her ready to go and it looks a silly price for the filly.
