After clean-sweeping the top spots in July, the punters repeated the dose in August and put the media experts on notice ahead of Spring.
And while it was the pro punters who were leading the way, regular punters also had a good time of it after picking up three of the five cash prizes in the Profit on Turnover (POT) category.
The media experts weren't far behind, with some familiar faces faring well.
We reveal all of August's top performers below.
Kicking off with the cash profit category, and bagging the gold was Perth-based pro Asiandaveblue1951.
His August haul amounted to an enormous $12,300 from $100 win bets, thanks to 13 winners at a fat average price of $16.46.
This bloke lives just a stone's throw from Belmont Racecourse, and it was there that he made some big inroads.
On the fifteenth of the month, Asiandaveblue1951 bagged $49 long shot Fa'lion Maschine.
And on the following day, he steered his followers into a $37 pop at Kalgoorlie.
No wonder he soared to the top with tips like these.

He placed in excess of 2,000 tips over the course of the month, and saw a whopping 359 of them salute .
With a work rate like this, Syland certainly earned his silver medal.
Rounding out the cash profit podium thanks to a very impressive $8,620 was TheMagicMan.
This punter from North Queensland came home with a wet sail in August.
All of his 11 winners saluted in the second half of the month, and included $65.80 shot One For Rocky that got home at Mornington on the 27th.

Looking at the top 5 for POT in August, and it was the punters who kicked away from the media experts.
These five punters shared in the monthly $1K prize purse, open to everyone who places a minimum of 30 tips and bags at least 6 winners.

Cracking form.
Just falling short of the podium with a very solid 69% POT was TheMagicMan.
But considering that he nabbed the bronze in the cash profit category, this punter shouldn't be too disappointed.
He's sure to have plenty of fans after this accomplished display of tipping.
The final prize winner for August with a 64% POT was Ochiltwig.
Another Adelaide resident, Ochiltwig owes his August success to consistency.

Also doing great things for Winning Post in August was Alan Pearce.
The Sydney metro form analyst steered his followers into 12 winners, at a juicy average price of $5.23.
With some quality racing scheduled for Sydney in September, Pearce could be the man to help punters find a hefty profit.
However if country racing is more your scene, then look no further than Neil Evans.

This resulted in a handsome 38% POT for everyone who backed Evans' horse racing tips.

Hodges has arguably been the best tipsters of 2020 so far.
He dished up his seventh consecutive monthly profit in August, thanks to 13 winners at an average price of $4.88.
And it's not like he's just scraping a profit either.
