NSW racing heads to Wyong on Tuesday for an eight race card, which is littered with short priced favourites looking to make their mark!
The track is currently rated a Good 4 and warm weather is forecast for the Central Coast region.
The rail is out 3m for the entire circuit, which will favour horses on-pace.
From the stewards
The horse worth keeping an eye on from the steward's report is Gold Bracelet, running around in race 7.
Last start at Canterbury, the Strategic Maneuver mare was disappointing when up in grade but she had excuses.
She was crowded on jumping, before racing without cover the entire event.
The drop in grade is a plus today, as is the better draw. I expect her to improve from that last start run and at $14, she is over the odds.
The Choisir colt looks primed to break his maiden status here at Wyong.
Last start at Kensington, he led for a majority of the race before being run down by Orpheum and subsequent winner I Am Swerving.
There was plenty to like from that run. Being such a momentum track, leaders typically get swallowed up so his effort to fight hard right to the finish was impressive.
He maps to get an easy lead here and is suited with Rachel King aboard. King rates them as well as any jockey and out in front, you can expect this colt to enjoy the tight-turning Wyong circuit
From barrier 5, look for King to allow him to stroll forward and control the race from start to finish, breaking his maiden in style.
Race 5: 1, 2, 4, 6
Race 6: 3, 7
Race 7: 3, 5, 6, 12
Race 8: 3
