The Time For War filly had excuses at the end of her last preparation.
She failed to show her usual speed out of the gates after slipping on jumping, and as a result she was posted three wide without cover over the middle stages.
Since then, she has had one very good trial in preparation for this race after finishing 2 of 8 over 896m at Rosehill.

Forever Jude showed plenty of fight first-up at Muswellbrook over 1280m.
The Albrecht gelding took off a fair way from home to challenge the leaders, before being headed in the straight by the eventual winner. To his credit, he fought on well after being headed and finished 0.1 length second.
He gets to step up to 1400m second-up which is ideal and the prospect of a good track holds him in a good position to run well. Jeff Penza sticks and maps well for this race.
From the draw, expect Penza to sit in a prominent position with little speed on his inside.
She's a talented filly and I expect her to notch up her second career victory here.
