We're off to the Victorian Central Highlands on Tuesday, as Ballarat hosts a strong 8-race card on the synthetic surface.
The rail is in the true position, with fine weather forecast for the popular town.
This looks a very open meeting, with plenty of value on offer for punters.

From the stewards
Balle D'or in Race 8 looks set for a serious change in form.
She was found out on the Heavy 10 surface at Warrnambool last start, when finishing 9.75-lengths off the winner.
The mare had been building to a win prior to that run, and it would pay to forgive that failure.
She returns to a synthetic track, where her stats read 3:1-0-1. The only time she missed a place on this surface was over 1000m, when she was doing her best work late to run into fourth.
Back on to a more suitable surface and with fitness on her side, I expect his girl to be fighting out the finish today.

Jared Fry has solid riding stats on the Ballarat Synthetic.
Fry has had 38 mounts here over the past year, recording 5 wins and 11 placings.
The hoop has 6-rides today, with his best chance coming in race 8 on Gingerson.

This filly by Pins ran third on debut over 1200m on this track, finishing behind Altai Ranger and Dress.
She had every possible chance in that run, but was just left a little flat footed in the concluding stages.
Runner-up, Dress, has since franked that form by going on to win her maiden by 3-lengths on Friday.
Classy Pins will take huge improvement both mentally and physically from her debut hit-out and the extra 300m here looks ideal.
Harry Coffey retains the ride and will be looking to extend his already impressive 22.6% win strike rate over the past 12 months, when riding for the Maher & Eustace stable.
From barrier 3, look for Coffey to be positive and take control of the race from the front.
She's in the right stable and looks the runner with the most upside in this field.
