Doomben Race 6 Tip #7 Hallowed Girl $4.60
This Chris Anderson trained filly seems to have found the right race here, after showing improvement in each run this prep.
Last start she finished under a length second in this same class, and the trailing horse has since franked that form after winning at the Sunshine Coast.
The start prior she had excuses when rearing in the early stages, before settling last and rattling home into third place.
Expect Michael Cahill to take her back here from the wide gate and work into the race just before the turn.
She's certainly worth a bet at the nice odds.

Sandown Lakeside Race 2 Tip #7 Frisson $8.00
After catching my eye at the Flemington jump-outs, I thought this gelding was a winning chance at his Mornington debut.
He was disappointing on that occasion and was sent back to the jump-outs, where the blinkers were applied.
He ran well to the line alongside speedy galloper Fresh, before lining up for his second career start at Moe where he finished second behind the race favourite Wunambal.
I expect the son of Deep Field to take further improvement into this clash and at the $8.00, he looks a great each-way bet.

Sandown Lakeside Race 6 Tip #2 Ruban Bleu $3.20
I'm keen on the gelding from the Lindsey Park yard in the 1200m event in Race 6.
The horse is low flying this time in and looks to have found a very winnable race here.
He ran into a smart one in Alfa Oro last start on a Caulfield track that had a severe on-speed bias.
Despite the bias, he managed to peel off the fastest last 600m (34.17) of the day over the 1100m.
The Heavy deck won't pose an issue for the four-year-old, given he notched up a victory on a rain affected surface last August.
It's also worth noting that all his career victories have been at 1200m and beyond so getting back to that distance range here will suit.
Lachie King has a good association with the horse, having steered him to 3 of his 4 career wins.
Look for King to cover him up as long as he can, before pressing the button and using his turn of foot to blow them away.

Warwick Farm Race 4 Tip #5 Judge Judi $7.00
Finished mid-field on the Heavy 9 when first-up and is much better suited back on to a Soft track, where her record reads 6:1-1-2.
She'll strip fitter from that run and has an impressive second-up record (5:3-1-1).
From barrier 2, she's drawn to get a lovely run in transit with the in-form Tommy Berry retaining the ride.
At the $7.00, she's over the odds and is the best bet of the day!
