Here comes the 80th meeting of this Hong Kong racing season, with 10 races to be held on the Sha Tin “A” course.
There are only be 8 meetings left this season, with the final 2 group races today.
The 1800m G3 Premier Plate (Race 5) is a wide-open affair, Ka Ying Star, Turin Redsun and Excellent Proposal all have good chances.
While the 1400m G3 Premier Cup (Race 7) seems to be more clear, Beauty Joy is looking for a hat-trick and is the one to beat in this race.

Eternal Bloom broke his maiden in Hong Kong on 20 March when second up, he settled here very well on that ocassion.
Last time out this son of Turn Me Loose was up to 1400m and ran 2nd behind the in-form Stunning Impact.
He steps up to the 1600m today and his pedigree suggests that he is suited over the longer trip.
He'll jump from gate 4 under Luke Currie and is expected to stay behind the leaders, which will be a great position for him to score another win.
Beauty Joy was unbeaten in WA before he arrived in Hong Kong, but he suffered from some injuries last season so he did not race well.
It's nice to see him recovering well and to be able to bounce back this season, so far he scored 4 wins over 1400m to 1600m.
Last start he won at this course and distance in the Group 3 Lion Rock Trophy under Zac Purton in nice style.
It is a big advantage that he will carry 56kg in this handicapped Group 3.

An excellent renewal of the Premier Plate and I'll take a swing with Turin Redsun for Douglas Whyte.
This son of Dubawi doesn't know how to throw in a bad race, but still looking for his first win in Hong Kong.
He's turned up to all the big races, 4th in the Classic Mile, runner-up in the Classic Cup and ran well behind Romantic Warrior in the HK Derby.
He drawn a favourably in barrier 3 and I believe he can run a huge race under Matthew Poon with only 51.5kg.
Others to consider include the classy topweight Ka Ying Star and Excellent Proposal.
A competitive race can go to the lightly raced Erimo for John Size.
The Street Boss gelding has yet to finish out of the top 3 in five runs and is reunited with João Moreira.
Last time out he ran 2nd behind Shining Gem but today I expect him to get the win.
From barrier 2 he'll land in the perfect spot to track the pace, for the run of the race.
We haven't seen the best of this horse after 5 runs, he has plenty of upside which we'll see today.
His main threats are Sauvestre and En Pointe, both nice horses and trained by Frankie Lor.
