Doomben Race 3 Tip #1 Keen On Gold $1.70
Dual acceptor who is busting to win a race after three consecutive runner-up finishes and gets his chance here.
He is a short enough in the betting, which was expected as this is a fairly weak maiden.
Las start at the tighter Ipswich circuit he flew past Blitzen Pleasure who his main danger in this race, leaving him in his wake.
Stephanie Thornton will settle him midfield on the fence and get him into the clear in the straight.
Look for him to fly over the top of them late to break his maiden status in style.

Belmont Race 1 Tip #2 Mr Delegator $3.40
This Maschino gelding ran super on debut, finishing second in what has turned out to be a hot form race.
The winner Cliffs of Comfort went on to win two metropolitan races and remains unbeaten, while fourth placed Karijini Aurora recently placed at Stakes level.
The gelding was then tipped out for a spell, before returning to the track as an odds on favourite first-up over 1200m at this track.
However he was found wanting late after being beaten 1.2 lengths by his main danger in this clash Western Rhythm, who sprinted strongly down the middle of the track.
Unfortunately for connections and favourite backers, we later found out that the lanes nearest to the rail were a no go zone for horses that day.
As a result, we should be forgiving of that run.
If he can get through the expected Heavy conditions today, a repeat of the form he showed on debut will have him extremely hard to beat.

Randwick Kensington Race 1 Tip #11 Giovanna Run $5.50
This two-year-old filly did a fair bit wrong on debut.
She looked to over race badly early on, before being caught at the tail of the field and unable to make much ground in the straight.
The recent trial was encouraging and suggests she has returned in good order and I really liked the way she was able to cruise up to the leaders under her own steam.
J Mac stays aboard from the trial, which is a decent push for her chances.

Randwick Race 5 Tip #11 Secretly $4.20
The three-year-old daughter of Sebring looks ready to break through this preparation, after two encouraging efforts this time in.
First-up she was good behind Maui Girl at Kembla Grange, when beaten 3 lengths into fourth.
She then stepped from the provincial circuit to metropolitan Saturday grade (BM74), rising from 1400m-1800m on a wet Randwick track where she finish third behind Lando Bay.
She settled in the second half of the field in that run, before making good late ground. Her 400m-200m closing sectional was rapid in 11.56 and it was no surprise to see her fade late.
She's reaching peak fitness now third-up and is well suited dropping in weight back to midweek grade.
Her breeding suggests she will handle the wet track and she gets a beautiful map to aid her racing style.
From the middle draw, expect her to park midfield and be very hard to hold out.

Sandown Lakeside Race 1 Tip #2 Galenus $2.40
Billy Egan and Patrick Payne have been in great touch of late, striking at 22% together this season. They combine again here with a lightly raced three-year-old, who will be looking to secure his fourth win from five career starts.
The son of Magnus was brought across to Victoria from the Scott Brunton stable after a classy, on-speed win at Launceston back in February.
He then had ten weeks between runs, before a dominant victory at Cranbourne where he went forward from a wide gate and proved too hard to catch.
This race on the Lakeside circuit shapes up really well for him, as he'll be able to use his early speed to settle in an ideal on-pace position.
He is already proven in soft conditions and is starting to build a formidable record at the 1200m trip (3:2-0-1).
The gap between runs isn't a concern for mine, as he tends to race best when fresh.
He looks very hard to beat here.
