Race 8 - G1 Doomben 10,000 - WFA - 1200m

• 8 - GIGA KICK - Ran freak last 600m fresh. Excellent beating all-bar I Wish I Win in TJ when buffeted much of the race. Dominant in G1 All Aged latest. If anything, I feel he is a better horse on drier (sole defeat dry was very good/ luckless .8L 5th in G1 VRC Classic). Back to 1200m here but the one to beat and Bet Of The Day.
  
  
• 9 - AFT CABIN - No favours in the run in G2 Arrowfield yet beat them anyway! Won Eskimo Prince fresh on dry running very good time/ figures.
  
  
• 4 - OVERPASS - Was a good day to be on-speed at Ascot but he won $4m Quokka beating Amelia’s Jewel and Bella Nipotina (who had just chased Imperatriz at MV). That was his first run as a gelding.
  
  
• 2 - MAZU - Giga Kick only just got by him in TJ Smith then didnt finish off latest at 1400m. Was 1L off Giga kick in Everest too… Rain would help.
  
  
• 5 - VILANA - Excellent return win. Had task from gate 20 when less than 5L from I Wish I Win in Golden Eagle in Spring. 3 - A CASE OF YOU - Flew home MV then again very good finale in Victory Stks which was dominated closer to the speed.
