The punters had a good time of it in November, but it was a media tipster who stole the show.
The caller from SKY Racing held off all comers to end the month with the highest Profit on Turnover (POT).
Read on to discover who it was, as well as all of November's other top performing punters and media experts.
Starting with the highest cash profit makers in November, and it was PeterHayes who topped the lot.
The pro punter from Tassie had an absolute fill-up, after his tips generated an outrageous $19,129 in cash profit from $100 win bets.
This huge haul is one of the highest monthly totals on record.
So how did he do it?
It was a mix of quantity and quality, with PeterHayes tipping no less than 272 winners at a fat average price of $6.16.
On top of that, this pro is showing a handy 11% POT since joining the site in August.
Not bad at all considering he's placed almost 2,000 tips.
PeterHayes is in some cracking form
Puntersandcollectors came in next after he finished up with $7,670 in cash profit.
The Sydneysider with the great tipping alias did this by jagging 82 winners at a juicy average price of 5.14.
This also resulted in a very solid 20% POT for Puntersandcollectors.
He'll have plenty of fans following this effort.
Rounding out the cash profit podium was pro punter AlanUtterson.
The West Australian was having a great month up until last Saturday's Ascot meet.
Then it got even better!
He bagged 3 winners on the day including She's Got Merit that saluted at $61.40 odds.
AlanUtterson goes big in the West
This kicked his monthly cash profit up to $6,900 from $100 win bets.
And with a 365-day cash profit almost touching $9K, it's no wonder AlanUtterson is listed as a pro.
As mentioned earlier, it was one of SKY Racing's stable of callers who rose to the top in November, thanks to a whopping 133% POT.
That honour fell to NSW race caller Matt Jackson.
Best horse racing tipsters for the month
Jackson bagged 19 November winners at a stellar strike rate of 40% and a juicy average price of $5.84.
Highlights include $30 pop Speed And Style that saluted at Kembla on the 3rd, and $13 hope Trumps In that got the chocolates at Kempsey on the 21st.
We've mentioned plenty of times in the past that race callers can make some of the best form tipsters out there.
They watch the horses closer than just about anyone in the business, as well as being all over the ins and outs of race day.
This kind of intel clearly paid off in spades for Jackson's followers.
On top of that, Jackson has now also notched up four straight profitable tipping months.
Incredible going.
Matt Jackson if flying!
It was pro punter Wilmsau21 who secured the silver medal after his tips drove a bumper 109% POT.
The Melbournian found 12 winners at a big average price of $6.44, to go along with a super strike rate of 32%.
This list of winners included $30 pop Here To Shock who did exactly that at Sandown on the 25th.
And considering that Wilmsau21 is also boasting a $6,930 cash profit over the past 90 days, he's sure to have his fans going forward.
The second runners-up prize for November went to Ronniehanks after he managed an 87% POT.
This hefty haul was thanks to 7 winners at a mouth-watering average price of $8.
But what's so special about this Queenslander's form is that it extends far beyond the last month.
In fact, after November's effort Ronniehanks has now recorded five profitable months on the bounce.
Talk about consistency.
Ronniehanks strings 5 winning months together
A couple of punters also did enough to earn an honourable mention.
The first is Victorian Kennosam, after he clocked off with a very impressive 72% POT.
His 12 winners came at an average price just shy of the $10 mark, and included 50/1 shot No Restriction on Cup Day at Flemington.
Latham is the other punter who earned a shout out after finishing up with a 69% POT.
The Perth-based pro punter bagged no less than 22 winners in November, at a very meaty average price of $4.54.
He's definitely one to follow heading into a ripper Ascot card on Saturday.
Media Outlet | Tipster | Winning Tips | POT |
|
David Salmon | 15 | 43% |
Nic Ashman | 6 | 41% | |
|
Kevin Casey | 20 | 38% |
While Matt Jackson was dominant out in front, these three media experts also showed their quality with some astute tipping.
First up is SKY Radio manager and TAB form judge David Salmon, after he steered his followers into a handsome 43% POT.
This was thanks to 15 winners up in Queensland at a terrific strike rate of 42%.
This kind of consistency will appeal to plenty of punters looking for some Brisbane tips over the coming weeks.
Racing.com's Nic Ashman once again delivered for his followers, after finding a 41% POT.
The mounting yard presenter and form analyst nailed 6 good winners in November, including $12 pop Snapdancer on Ballarat Cup day.
This proved again that Ashman is someone you want to listening to when he tips a horse in double-figure odds.
Best Bets' NSW form expert Kevin Casey also had a month to remember.
His 20 winners came a fat average price of $5.81, to drive a 38% POT.
And now with three straight profitable months, Casey looks well placed to keep the winners rolling in December.
