Warwick Farm Race 2 Tip #7 Rockarosa $3.30
This filly was marked as a best bet last week, but was subsequently scratched after connections opted to run in lesser company here.
Ridden by James McDonald at her first-career start, she settled near last before flying at them late to run a strong second. The winner of that race, Mirra Vision, franked that form by notching up back-to-back victories in her following run
The way Rockarosa stormed home on debut suggests that she will relish the extra 100m this time around.
From barrier three, look for this girl to take a more forward position in the run and sit much closer to the lead than her last start.
Sydney's leading jockey James McDonald retains the ride, which indicates the stable have a good opinion of her.
With natural progression in her second hit-out, you'd expect her to improve a couple of lengths off her first run and prove too good for these.
CaulfieldRace 7 Tip #11 Anaheed $8.50
This Fastnet Rock filly has arguably the best form-lines in the Blue Sapphire Stakes, after competing against the best of the best as a two-year-old.
She found the step-up to 1400m too much last start in the Group 2 Tea Rose at Randwick, where she finished 3.2 lengths off the highly rated Funstar. In positive signs, she passed the post alongside Emeralds who had a strong showing in the Group One Thousand Guineas on Saturday.
The drop back to 1200m here is a big plus, as is the soft draw in barrier two. This will allow jockey Damian Lane to sit on-speed without burning too much energy.
From there you’d expect the multiple Group 2 winning filly to be awfully hard to run down, with her class likely to get her home

Warwick Farm Race 6 Tip #7 Pancho $4.40
This gelding returned from an 88 day spell in a soft Rosehill trial last month, finishing 2.9 lengths off the winner D’oro Rain and alongside Supernova.
He then resumed over 1400m at Kensington, where he finished 1 length third behind Rancho Notorious. That runner proved his talent a week later when he made it back-to-back wins.
The form lines stack up for Pancho and I expect him to take improvement into his second-up run.
Dropping 3.5 kg is a plus and we don't lose anything with the booking of an in-form Glen Boss.
Looks hard to beat.
