Summer racing rolls on around Australia today, as plenty of up and coming talent strut their stuff on the biggest day of the week.

Gold Coast Race 1 #1 Starman $2.90
This bloke is a clear top rater.
He found the experiment up to1400m last time not to his liking, after dropping back to finish fourth over the final furlong.
At the start prior, he won at Rosehill over 1200m in this same BM72 grade and showed fighting qualities to stave off a strong challenge from Sacrimony.
Prepared by Chris Waller, he would have had the necessary time to acclimatize to the trainer’s Gold Coast facility in preparation for this assignment
In a race where there will be enough pace on, Nash Rawiller will look to tuck in behind the leaders to obtain the perfect run.
He should have too much class on his rivals and looks set to get our day off to a flying start.
Caulfield Race 7 #6 Sig Positano $2.00
This guys has been racing consistently.
After he settled well back on the fence from his inside draw last start, he was held up for a run between the 400 metres and the 200 metres mark when he was trying to work into the race.
He then was hampered again in the closing stages, where he lost valuable momentum but he still finished strongly to finish third only beaten by the swoopers Excelida and Paperboy.
He jumped from barrier two for that clash, but draws out in barrier nine here and should settle closer in the run.
There will be good speed from the likes of Open Minded, which will also suit his run-on profile.
Ascot Race 2 #1 Blazing Away $2.70
Blazing Away strikes a very winnable race here.
This is a very moderate BM58+ and he has a great chance to notch a Saturday win.
Last start, he ran second to Trade War who looks to be in for a good prep after another strong showing last Saturday.
Blazing Away resumed first-up with no trial and in his short career to date, it appears as though he takes a few runs to reach his peak. I'm expecting further improvement as he attacks this race third up today.
Look for Sea Waif to lead, but Blazing Away is more than comfortable riding the speed and will be in the first couple.
Blazing Away should be winning better races than this, but he has to win this first.
