In the past few weeks, the punters and media tipsters have been battling it out for bragging rights at the top of the weekly leaderboard for cash profit. But over the last seven days, the pro punters put on a tipping masterclass. Remarkably, they fill all of the top six spots on the leaderboard. Pro Punters dominate the standings   Not a bad week for Australia's professional punters. Leading the pack was Toptipswednesday, who raked in a huge cash profit just shy of $8K from $100 win bets. This came as a result of his 12 winning tips getting home at a thumping average price of $11.89. Don't let this punters's alias fool you, he provides more than top tips on a Wednesday. In fact, he steered his followers into winners on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday too. The highlight would have to be Tricky Gal, who saluted at huge odds of $42.60 in the Saturday meet at Newcastle. With top tips like this, it's no wonder Toptipswednesday found his way to the summit. Falling just short in second place with a cash profit of $7,650 was familiar face Formulator. But while he picked up the silver on the weekly leaderboard, Formulator's latest effort reinstalled him as the number one all-time cash profit maker on the site. He has now made an astonishing $30K of profit in his glittering tipping career. Turning back to this week's effort, Formulator only needed one winner to generate his monster profit. It was Lasso, who greeted the judge at the whopping odds of $85.50 at Dubbo on Saturday. Good luck trying to find a Saturday racing tip better than this.   Formulator's  sole winner   The next pro punter who made a healthy profit for his followers was Fordcat17. This veteran punter has been on fire of late and is fresh off picking up the silver medal for most cash profit in the month of June. He's started July in the same fashion and this week found no less than 31 winners at another impressive average price of $10.69. The figures speak for themselves. When you tip 31 winners at an average price in excess of $10, you know the profit will be big. If you had followed Fordcat17's tips with $100 bets, you would have banked $6,830. Fordcat17 has also now had 3 profitable tipping days in a row.  You can bet that his latest tips will be hot property. While we could go on singing the praises of the pro punters, the media tipsters have to get some credit too. The best of the bunch was Alex Marsh. The G1X analyst's 14 winning tips generated an impressive profit of $1,440. Marsh is now on an incredible winning streak, having found a profit in all of his past 5 tipping days. The media experts really hit their straps over the past seven days, with plenty of familiar faces finding themselves high up on the leaderboard for most cash profit. This Sutherland Shire local has all the credentials backing his pro status. He's won multiple awards, including a back-to-back tipster of the month trophy in March and April of 2018. This week, he steered his followers into some cracking winners. With form like this, plenty will be considering this punter's tips in the coming weeks. The next highest profit on the weekly leaderboard came from ex-AFL player and now expert tipster Mark Hunter. Incredibly, Hunter is sitting on 8% POT over the past 365 days. In the past week, Hunter secured $3,780 for those who followed his tips with $100 bets. This generated a thumping 236% POT for followers of Mark's Saturday Tip Package. The standout selection from Hunter was Pop Queen, who saluted at huge odds of $32. This was one of Hunter's five winners at Flemington last Saturday. You'll be hard-pressed to find Saturday racing tips better than this. Speaking of standout Saturday racing tips, Racenet's Laurie Sainsbury deserves a wrap for his latest effort. He gave his followers a gem of a tip, also at Flemington. It was Romancer, who greeted the judge at ripping odds of $28.30 in the last. Sainsbury is now sitting on a 107% POT over the past 180 days, proving that he's got consistency on his side. The next media expert who had a whale of a week was David Taggart from G1X. Most would know Taggart from his jockey days, where his brilliant career was cut short by a horror fall. Ex-jockeys tend to make excellent form analysts, and Taggart is no exception. His ten winners at an average price of $6.06 generated no less than $2,260 in cash profit. But, adjust the settings on the leaderboard to "actual stake", and Taggart's profit almost doubles. That's because plenty of his best bets were getting home. In last week's tipster of the week article, it was the Daily Telegraph's Ray Thomas who got a mention. This time it was Simon Thomas who flew the flag high for the Telly. He found 25 winners, which meant more than $2K in profit for all those who backed his tips with $100 bets. And just like Taggart, plenty of Thomas's best bets were saluting. On the actual stake leaderboard, Thomas's profit sits at a very healthy $3,360. You can bet that plenty will take a punt on his free tips this week.
