Menangle Race 1 Yianni (9) $8.50
After almost saluting for followers at $15 seven days ago, I'm with Yianni (9) again here.
The five-year-old gelding just found one better last week in what was a harder field than the line up assembled here.
The wide gate is no help to his chances, but the longer distance and juicy odds make him a betting proposition once again.
Menangle Race 6 Cash N Flow (10) $2.60
The Menangle marvel Cash N Flow (10) resumes tonight and is worth following.
Despite being first up for a few months, the McCarthy-trained gelding has trialled handsomely at the track and will be fired off the arm early aiming to lead.
This horse has won 26 times from 52 starts at Menangle and can add to that amazing record here.
Menangle Race 8 Rockita (7) $3.50
Rockita (7) is an interesting runner in the final race.
While her numerical form is nothing to boast about, the Riverina mare does possess a great burst of speed as shown in a recent trial at Wagga.
This race lacks any real depth and I just have a feeling that class reinsman Cam Hart may be able to get Rockita back into the winner's circle.
