NSW racing heads to Wagga on Thursday, for a strong Showcase meeting, with 8 competitive races set for decision.

Keith Dryden brings a float full of horses down the Hume Highway for this meeting.
He has a stack of chances and this bloke looks the pick of them.
He's a last start maiden winner, who was impressive when getting the job done on a Heavy 9 at Moruya.
The speed was on in that clash with two horses tearing away early, which set it up for something to come from behind.
I was really impressed by how well this gelding knuckled down when asked by jockey Jay Ford.
The speed for this event looks to be solid yet again, with a few horses who are very one-paced and will be forced to work forward.
Look for Ford to find cover early and sprout wings late.
We know he handles the wet just fine and getting to the bigger track like Wagga should be the key to his chances.

Blink and you'll miss race seven at Wagga! It looks one of the hottest races of the day.
I've settled with the Albury trained runner Galaxy Force.
After doing the speed map, I have come up with 6 potential leaders which makes it a suitable race for this gelding to lob just behind the speed from barrier 4.
First-up at Canberra, he was caught wide without cover so I'm forgiving that effort.
He drops back to BM58 grade, which is the key to him getting back into his winning ways.
I'll concede that it's a tricky race, however that ensures we are getting a decent price about a talented galloper.
With even luck, I expect him to go very close!
