Hong Kong Racing Best Bets
There are three meetings left this Hong Kong racing season. Today we have 10 races to be held at Sha Tin, including 2 on the all-weather track and 8 on the turf “C+3” course.
The battle for this year's jockeys' championship is still fierce, Zac Purton, who is fully-booked, likely to extend his lead over Joao Moreira, who has 9 mounts.
Today we will see the last griffin and all-weather races for the season, also there will be a featured Class 2 1400m in Race 10.

Sha Tin Race 1 #2 Happy Won $2.60
Happy Won made his debut last time out over 1000m finishing 3rd behind Dashing Triumph and Lucky Banner.
He will step up to 1200m today, which will be suitable for this Holy Roman Emperor gelding.
Among the field of 7 , all of them are maidens, but Happy Won looks the most promising by running 3rd on his debut.
Zac Purton will be on board this Frankie Lor trained 3YO, this jockey and trainer partnership is on fire recently and they are likely to score another winner.
Sha Tin Race 10 #10 Circuit Stellar $9.00
After 10 starts in Hong Kong, Circuit Stellar has already scored 4 thirds and is able to breakthrough today. He is not a big horse, but has carried big weight, which is not easy for him as a backmarker.
He will just carry 56kg today, which will be a huge benefit as the main rivals are all carrying 61kg or more.
Jumping from gate 2 is also ideal, he can find the rail in the midfield, before showing a great turn of foot in the home straight to win.

Sha Tin Race 2 #9 Wisdon Patch $7.00
Wisdom Patch has improved for the switch to dirt this season and is set to win for the second time this season.
The Paul O'Sullivan 6YO won over track and distance at his penultimate start.
I don't think the race went his way last time and he is worth another chance today.
Zac Purton keeps faith with the selection and barrier 4 is an ideal draw to work from.
In an open race Happy Tango and Lady First are others to consider.
Sha Tin Race 3 #5 Country Treasure $7.00
This is an open race, but I'm with Country Treasure to shed the maiden tag at his third outing.
The John Size 3YO was heavily supported on debut, but was well beaten.
He ran a much better race on his last start, at one point looking the likely winner before fading close home.
Alexis Badel rides for the first time in what is an eye-catching jockey booking, as the Frenchman has ridden 3 winners for Size this month.
Luck Star and Royal Agility are others to consider.
