Menangle Race 1 Jazzy Star (6) $6.50
Jazzy Star (6) looks a great price in the opening race.
A complete forgive run last time, the gelding was 3-wide for the first half of the race and stood no chance thereafter. From a better draw today he should hopefully enjoy an easier run.
This looks the most suitable race he has contested for some time and a good chance to get another win.
Menangle Race 4 Holy Camp Dillon (9) $3.40
In supreme form, Holy Camp Dillon (9) can win again.
The five-year-old was impressive in disposing of his rivals at Bathurst last week and makes his first trip to Menangle tonight.
Despite a wide gate, I really think that this is a very progressive horse and he can prove that again.
Menangle Race 7 Bundoran (11) $4.60
I'm not declaring this one by any means, but I 'm with Bundoran (11).
The Amanda Turnbull-trained pacer has been solid since resuming from a spell which followed a summer spent racing in grand circuit events.
The horse is a classic sit-sprint type and will need some speed in the race but there's a decent chance of that happening here.
Hopefully he can be finishing the fastest.
