Horse racing tipster of the week
It was a cracking week on the punt for some of Australia's top media experts.
They delivered some big returns for their army of followers, with some well-known personalities clearly warming up for a big Spring campaign.
The media experts showed how it's done this week
Leading the charge for the media brigade was one of Sky Racing's favourite sons, Paul Joice.
The ratings expert cleaned up at Canterbury last Wednesday, after nailing 4 winners on the 7 race card.
Undoubtedly his standout selection came in race 4, where Joice steered punters into $27 pop Decroux following a peach of a ride from Nash Rawiller.
Joice's 16 tips for the week delivered punters a whopping 194% Profit on Turnover (POT), and $3,100 profit if you'd backed each of his tips with $100 win bets.
Not a bad week's work.

John Barker from Best Bets was the next media expert to make his mark.
The form analyst was in fabulous form, after finding 9 winners at a juicy average price $7.37.
These winning tips across Victoria and Tasmania resulted in a bumper 155% POT.
But that doesn't tell half the story!
That's because Barker landed his best bet at Devonport on Sunday, Rubyranger.
The Michael Trinder-trained mare greeted the judge at the enormous price of $37.50.

Change the settings on the leaderboard to actual stake, where the stake is doubled for each best bet tip, and Barker topped the lot with a 251% POT.
Incredible tipping.
Next up is OzRace analyst Matt Coxall.
The WA form specialist put in a strong shift at Saturday's Belmont meet.
He tipped 3 of the winners on the card, including $15 shot She's Vital in Race 2.
Coxall clocked off with a monster 150% POT.
Punters who followed his 8 selections with $100 bets would've seen a big cash profit of $1,200.
Backing up his Sky Racing stablemate's good work, Gary Kliese, had a cracking day out at Ballina on Thursday.
He bagged 3 winners from 7 selections, with his best coming in at $7.40 in race 4.
The final horse racing tipster who really impressed was RSN's Shayne Montgomery.
The NSW analyst wasn't all that far away from tipping the card at Kembla last Thursday.
He bagged 5 of the 7 winners, as well as a placing.

With another 2 winning tips at Canterbury on Wednesday, Montgomery finished up with 7 winners at a cracking strike rate of 50%.
This resulted in a hefty 99% POT.
And now with 3 profitable days in a row, plenty will be keen to jump on Montgomery's next selections.
Harness and Greyhound tipsters of the week
Starting with the trotters, and popular pro punter MichaelJ had a big week.
The Queenslander cleaned up, bagging 7 winning tips at a strike rate of 26% and an average price of more than $8.
This generated a 114% POT, or $3,090 in cash profit if you followed his 27 tips with $100 bets.
MichaelJ is a pro punter for good reason.
He's now showing no less than $33,560 in cash profit from almost 1,700 tips over the past 365 days.
On top of this, he's also our resident harness expert.
If you're hunting some quality harness tips, there aren't many better candidates.
Sticking with the pro punters because it was another who impressed with his greyhound tips.
Melbournian Trevjess tipped up a storm, with his 12 selections bolting home at a superb strike rate of 58%.
Considering they won at a very solid average price of $3.44, this was a top effort.
Trevjess finished up with a bumper 101% POT.
But more importantly, he consolidated a 3-month tipping streak.
With 3 profitable months in a row, punters will be lining up to check out Trevjess's selections.
