Waller under pressure to deliver

Get amongst all the key market moves at both major metro venues right here.

At Sandown, the money is flowing for a runner from one of the biggest betting stables in the country and she looks very well set up to win.

Whilst at Randwick, a Waller 2YO colt is expected to dominate, with the master trainer under plenty of pressure to deliver for the high-profile ownership group.

Sandown Tips

Sandown

End Journey

The stable are simply flying with former jockey Matt Jenkins taking to training like a duck to water!

She is looking for the hat trick here following a dominant display at Sandown last start when leading and winning with ease.

She takes control again here and can lead again throughout.

Belle Savoir

Is from the big betting Nick Ryan yard and are attracting all the punting owners.

She comes out of a strong form race at Sandown last start where not all went right and you can forgive.

This looks a touch easier and from the good draw (gate 4) she should have an ideal trip and enough in hand late.

Katsu

Gun sprinter on a rapid rise, and moving through the grades quickly.

He was excellent again winning last start when sitting wide and gave nothing else a chance at Sandown.

This is a big step up to Stakes grade, however he looks well above average and should handle the class rise with ease.

He’s Our Bonneval

Has been backed a number of times at his past starts which suggests he is showing them plenty at home.

He was excellent here first up when he finished midfield (4 of 11) and does enjoy racing second-up (3:1-1-1).

The booking of Damien Oliver indicates the horse is now ready.

Randwick Tips

Randwick

Matusalum

Well-bred 2YO colt for a number of high-profile owners who will demand results from the master trainer.

He has shown enough at his first two career starts to warrant an off-season trip to town for Saturday city grade.

Waller will be taking extra care to place this one to win, as he will dread upsetting the powerful ownership group.

Great Barrier Reef

A rare runner for the Ladbrokes Syndication program who they need to succeed to make the commercial program a success.

Again this one is for the master trainer who knows how to place them and have runners peaking on the day.

He comes out of a fast run race at Canterbury (2 of 12) and should be one of the strongest late here over the 1200m.

Malkovich

A mad leader who has been racing well all preparation.

He is likely to speed out again here and take control, and from there it will take a very good one to run past him.

The 3kg claim of Jett Stanley should be crucial and he could simply skip clear at the 200m mark.

My Sugar

Ran well in the Tamworth Cup last start when only just out of the placings (4 of 14) when beaten only 1.8 lengths.

They can find cover midfield in the moving line and can peel to run home hard.

He is another runner where the 3kg claiming apprentice can be the difference.
