Hong Kong Racing Best Bets
Hong Kong racing returns to Sha Tin today with 11 turf races on the “A” course.
We'll be watching the last Group 1 of the season, the 2400m Chater Cup, in Race 6.
The defending champion Panfield will has a race on his hands with Hong Kong Gold Cup winner Russian Emperor and Queen Mother Memorial Cup winner Senor Toba.
Another feature race comes in Race 9, the 1200m G3 Sha Tin Vase.
Up and coming sprinters, including Cordyceps Six and Nervous Witness, will be trying to lower the colours of Sky Field.

Sha Tin Race 1 #1 Circuit Nine $1.50
Circuit Nine is the winner of the last griffin race on 1st May, he's up in distance today which should suit him.
As the first son of Caravaggio racing in Hong Kong, this grey gelding showed his talent last time out by winning 1.75L from the back.
The track was affected by some rain on that day and frontrunners had the advantage, but Circuit Nine overcame the track bias to win impressively.
Stepping up to 1200m today will be more suitable for him, especially jumping from gate 1, he can get the rail easily and is likely to win again.
Sha Tin Race 7 #3 Eternal Bloom $7.00
Eternal Bloom broke maiden on his second start in Hong Kong on 20th March, he beat Erimo and Starry Night.
After winning that race from gate 1, he was drawn 9 last time out and the wide draw was a challenge, so he stayed off midfield but still chased well to run 4th.
Before this race, he had a good barrier trial on 17th May in preparation for up in distance today.
As a half-brother to Baba Mama who raced in Hong Kong before, Eternal Bloom should handle 1400m as well.

Sha Tin Race 6 #3 Tourbillion Diamond $8.50
A Group 1 to savour with Tourbillion Diamond aiming to notch up his third success.
The son of Olympic Glory is no stranger to this 2400m having ran 3rd in the Bentley Australian Derby at Randwick in 2020.
Last time out he was runner-up to the fabulous Romantic Warrior in the FWD QEII Cup over 2000m, where he stayed on well.
That run would indicate that this extended trip is ideal and top French jockey, Alexis Badel knows him well, having ridden him for the last 9 runs.
Off a mark of 116 he is also one of the highest rated in the 10 horse field, I'm confident he'll perform well here.
Sha Tin Race 9 #5 Super Wealthy $9.00
A great renewal of the Sha Tin Vase with Zac Purton the go-to man today for Super Wealthy.
Purton will reunited with fellow Aussie David Hayes, who trains this galloper.
The 6YO started the season in style with back-to-back victories in handicaps, before holding his own in group company.
Last start he ran an excellent 4th under Luke Currie in the Chairman's Sprint Prize behind Wellington, and might have finished closer with clear running.
With Purton booked we can expect a huge run this time.
