I originally tried to get this bloke beat at the $2.10 quote.

However, the more I looked at the race, the more i though how does it get beat?

He loves an inside draw, his neighbour in box 2 walks out and he has a slick 29.25 PB.

If he holds the rail and runs up to his PB time, he will have panels on his opposition.

Sandown R6 #8 Collinda Lady $3.20

I almost fell off my chair when I saw $3.20 about this girl.

It's been a plan by the master trainer J. Thompson 1 week out from the Sandown Cup.

She broke the track record over the tough 680m at Geelong 3 starts back.

Then recorded a tough win over 715m at Sandown, before getting jammed up last time out over 600m.

The wide draw isn't ideal as she does want to get to the rails, but the only dog with speed is Box 6.

If she out musters those inside of her she will be awfully hard to beat

Looks well boxed out wide in 7 and having another wide runner in box 8.

Has good box speed when he hits the lids right and owns a 29.54 PB here, which is well and truly good enough to win it.

Potting the red and the favourite off the checks as they are slow early and will get in all sorts of trouble.
