Sandown Hillside Race 2 #4 Tick Tock Lady $3.90
Made a superb start to her racing career and looks like she can continue on with it here.
After winning her first two starts, she was beaten by 'Soaring Eagle' last start at Pakenham in this same grade.
She comes back to the 1300m, a distance where she won her debut at and at this track, off the back of a freshen-up of nearly six weeks.
Had a strong jump-out at Cranbourne leading into this and draws well in barrier 4, where she should land up outside the speed or drop in behind for cover.
Jockey Jordan Childs sticks for the ride once again (has ridden this 4yo mare in every start so far in her career) and has been riding in top form with 21 winners from his last 100 rides.
Trainer Graeme Begg has also been in top form with 23 winners from his last 100 runners. A trainer/jockey combination that looks well worth following on form.
I am expecting this will be slowly run and she will prove hard to run down.

Warwick Farm Race 2 #6 Influential $5.00
Been eagerly awaiting the debut of this colt out of the Autumn Sun.
Very pleased James McDonald has chosen to stick on him after two ripping trials.
He has sat midfield in both trials and worked very well to the line in the straight.
In particular in his final trial, he was along the rail searching for a run. He got shut out and had to check off heels to find clear running.
He could have been forgiven for losing all momentum and tailing off, but he regathered very quickly and ripped home.
He was strong through the line and the 1200m first up here looks ideal.
From the soft draw look for Jmac to land him in a great trailing position either in the box seat or two pairs back.
He will hit the best ground in the straight and be right in the finish.

Ipswich Race 8 #3 Charlie Sphene $2.60
He won both his races last prep which included a first-up win over the 800m scamper, so looks well suited for this same trip while fresh again.
The lead is a key factor here over the short trip, and Charlie should be able to take up the running from barrier 2.
Georgina Cartright, who rides him for the first time, should set a hot speed before slingshotting around the final bend.
They will come at him late in the piece, though the speedster should have a big enough lead to keep them at bay.
