It was a good week for SKY Racing's Brisbane experts, who are hitting their straps at just the right time.
The first Group One of the Winter Carnival is not all that far away, and the signs are looking good for the city's top tipsters.
It was Josh Fleming who had the best of it this week, after steering punters into a mammoth $1,640 cash profit from $100 win bets.
This was thanks to 15 of his tips getting up at an outrageous strike rate of 48%.
These winners came at Eagle Farm, Ipswich and Sunshine Coast in what was a phenomenal display of tipping from one of Queensland's premier race callers.
He also got the wood over fellow Brisbane caller David Fowler, who we'll touch on soon.
But next up is Bernadette Cooper, who showed once again just how good a judge of a horse she is.
The mounting yard presenter and form judge was all over the Eagle Farm and Ipswich cards, with 9 winners at an insane strike rate of 53%.
These Queensland judges are starting to show their class and Bernie is no exception.
Her weekly effort drove a 51% POT, and put her front and centre as one of the SKY tipsters to follow in the coming months.
A couple of popular NSW analysts also had a cracking time of it, led by Mick Wallace.
As well as his usual stomping grounds of Mudgee and Kembla, Wallace showed he's just as good a judge on the biggest stage, firing off some top picks at Randwick.
He jagged two winners including Jamaea at monster $15.80 odds, who upset a talented field in the Percy Sykes.
Wallace tipped 7 winners all up, driving a bumper $790 cash profit for punters who backed his tips with $100 bets.

Brad Davidson was the other NSW form expert to make a splash, with his tips resulting in a $780 cash profit.
This was largely thanks to Luminoso, the $21 shot that Davo landed up in Newcastle.
Along with Ellsberg at Randwick, Davidson's two winners were enough to drive a handsome 49% Profit on Turnover (POT).
As mentioned above, David Fowler also had a good week on the punt, after finding 10 winners at an average price of $3.
They came at Ipswich and Eagle Farm, resulting in a $690 profit for punters who followed his tips at both tracks.
While fellow Brisbane caller Josh Fleming got the better of him this week, Fowler has form on his side.
As well as being a weekly wonder for the second straight week, Fowler is also showing a two month tipping streak.
It'll be fascinating to see which caller comes out on top in the Brisbane Winter Carnival.

The Sydney Autumn Carnival comes to a close on Saturday with the running of the All Aged and Champagne Stakes at Randwick.
And after coming off an absolute fill-up at the track last Saturday, Tony Brassel is the tipster you want to be following.
Bras bagged the first 3 winners on the card, as well as $8.80 pop Fasika in the last.
He made Fasika a best bet to boot, meaning that punters who doubled their stake on this selection went home with a thumpong 146% POT.
Aside from Randwick, Bras has been in some outstanding form of late. You can read all about it here.
Who's Flying?
Punters hunting a Brisbane tipster are faced with no shortage of options after some standout performances of late.
But if you're after someone with a proven record over an extended period, you can't go past Michael Maxworthy.
The presenter and form analyst has been flying for a while now, based on his 180-day stats.
In this time frame, Maxworthy has tipped no less than 155 winners at a strike rate of 33% and an average price of $3.32.
This has generated a fat $4,560 in cash profit, at a 10% POT.
But check out what happens when you flick the leaderboard settings over to 'Actual Stake'.
Here, Maxworthy's best bets are taken into account, and his cash profit leaps up above $7k.
This makes him the best SKY tipster nation-wide by this measure. What an effort.
