Media expert bags his best bets
It was stakes racing galore on the weekend, as the Blue Diamond at Caulfield headlined a cracking Saturday of racing around the country.
In a tough week for most on the punt, some of Australia's top media experts were showing us all how it's done.
Leading the way with just shy of $4K in profit from $100 win bets was Craig White.
This Winning Post form analyst focuses on the Adelaide and Sydney racing scenes.
And it was at Morphettville where White cleaned-up deluxe on Saturday.
Not only did he land his two best bets, but he also booted home roughie Bludog, that saluted at $43.20 odds in Race 2.

Adding to his big haul, White also bagged his best bet at Rosehill, Greyworm.
These four winners led to a monster 220% POT.
But this tipping stat doesn't even tell half the story.
If you adjust the horse racing leaderboard settings to "actual stake," the real value of White nailing his best bets is revealed.
Here, his cash profit jumps up to an even $5K.
That puts him right on top of the summit of the leaderboard.
Not bad at all.

Continuing to look at this leaderboard, and it was another White who had a week to remember.
That's because Harry White from Best Bets recorded $3,210 in cash profit from $100 win bets.
White's fill-up came on the back of winners tipped at provincial and country meets, from Orange to the Yarra Valley.
He tipped 21 winners in all, at a healthy average price of $4.25.
And with 5 profitable days from his past 6, plenty of punters will be hoping that he can keep this form up.

Onto the punters now and pro Doctorevil recorded a monster $6,030 in cash profit from $100 win bets.
Considering he placed over 500 tips, this was a phenomenal achievement from the Queenslander.
So how did he do it?
Doctorevil jagged 41 winners at a huge average price of $13.33.
It's no wonder he ended up with $6K in profit.
Finally, we have to give a shout out to WA local Mike Johnson.
This Sandgroper was on fire at the Ascot meet on Saturday.
He went oh so close to tipping the card, after nailing 7 of the 9 winners on the day.

Johnson's near faultless day on the punt adds even more weight to the view that there's nothing like local knowledge.
All in all, Johnson delivered $1,420 in profit for everyone who followed his tips with $100 bets.
In good news for punters, he'll return to scene of the crime on Saturday with his Ascot tips set to be in hot demand.
