Race 7 #4 Ragga Ragga $3.50
Ragga Ragga was highly impressive last start at Canterbury over 1100m, finishing 3rd and arguably should have won the race with a bit more luck.
The form out of that race has been franked in no uncertain terms, with all three subsequent runners from the event placing at their next start.
This solidifies the strength of the race and boosts confidence in Ragga Ragga’s prospects.
Stepping out to 1200m at her home track is the perfect setup, as is the rain-affected Soft 5/6 surface, which she handles well.
From barrier 6, she’s likely to settle a pair off the fence, positioning herself perfectly to strike in the home straight where lanes 3+ are predicted to offer the best ground.
Blessed with plenty of ability, if Ragga Ragga brings her A-game, she should have little trouble putting this field away.
She’s the clear best bet of the day!
