Punters come to the party
Horse racing tipster of the week
As the crazy year that was 2020 comes to a close, the punters gave us one last hurrah.
They dominated the weekly leaderboard for Profit on Turnover (POT), taking out the top three spots.

There were some strong performances from the pro punters and media experts as well, but first up we have to sing the punters' praises.
MiltonRash had the best of it after clocking off with a bumper 184% POT.
And it was down in Tasmania where this Victorian delivered, after bagging $34 pop Kippoui Hime at Launceston last Wednesday.
While this was MiltonRash's one successful tip of the week, don't think it was a flash in the pan.
That's because this bloke is now sitting on $5,240 in cash profit from no less than 1,250 $100 win bets over the past 365 days.
What an effort.

The other punter to show his class was Townsville local NaughtyAlien.
He saw 5 of his 14 selections greet the judge, at a fat average price of $7.46.
The highlight tip came on Friday night at The Valley, where NaughtyAlien steered his followers into $20 hope Lady Day.
But it's his tipping streak that will really get punters talking.
NaughtyAlien has now dished up 4 profitable days on the trot.
His next tips are sure to be popular.

The top performing pro punter this week was New South Welshman Dave1188.
The Central Coast resident was seeing them like beach balls, bagging 8 winners from just 15 tips.
On top of that, another 6 of his tips found a place, leaving just 1 of his 15 selections that didn't return a dividend.
This was a phenomenal display of accuracy from Dave1188, resulting in a 123% POT.
Incredible stuff.
On to the media brigade now and Ben Walker from Sky Racing faired best.
He landed two winners at Dubbo on Saturday, including $12.50 pop Bronzie in race two.
Racenet's Graeme Carey also delivered for his followers after recording a 117% POT.
The form analyst and SE Queensland racing expert tipped 3 winners from just 6 selections across Ipswich and Eagle Farm.
They saluted at a handy average price of $4.33, to drive a $700 cash profit for everyone who followed Carey's tips with $100 bets.
There's sure to be plenty of punters doing exactly this in the coming weeks, as Queensland racing takes centre stage.
Harness and Greyhound tipsters of the week
Kicking off with the trots and it was SKY Racing's Jim Jacques who had the best of it.
The veteran race caller from South Australia cleaned up deluxe at Monday's Globe Derby meet.
He jagged 6 of the 8 winners on the card, including Strangedaysindeed that got home in double figure odds.

Not only did this drive a monster 234% POT for Jacques, but it saw his 365-day cash profit jump up above $3K.
And now with two winning months on the bounce, Jacques will continue to be a popular source of harness tips.
We're sticking with the SKY Racing stable because it was fellow race caller Matt Young who topped the weekly greyhound leaderboard.
Young had a day to remember at Mandurah dogs on Tuesday, after finishing up with 9 of the 11 winners on the card.
They got home at a solid average price of $3.09 to generate a whopping 153% POT for Young's followers.
The West Australian has now also recorded a 19% POT from all his greyhound tips over the past 180 days.
Not bad at all.
