Familiar names among the profits again
Another week of punting and another week where two familiar names appear on the high achievers list.
Backing up their stellar efforts from last week are young West Australian form analyst Scott Embry and professional punter-extraordinaire Turfcutter.
Embry was on fire this week, racking up more than two grand of cash for his followers with $100 win bets, boasting tipping stats that would impress even the most critical punter.
Embry recorded a whopping 158% profit on turnover (POT) with an average winning price of $6, taking his previous solid 22% POT performance to another level.
With the Ascot summer racing carnival just weeks away now, he's definitely someone to have on your follow list over the next few months.
Pro punter Turfcutter also continued to tip up a storm, delivering another $2,680 of profit for his followers from $100 win bets, which represented 17% POT.
That result came for punters who bet even stakes on his selections however, if you followed Turfcutter's staking plan, he would've steered you into an even greater profit of 24% POT or $3,611 from an average $100 bet stake.
The two consecutive weeks of profit amassed by these two blokes from opposite sides of the country, is indicative of what they have done throughout their tipping careers.
Both Turfcutter and Scott Embry hold lifetime profits taken from every tip recorded from them at theGreatTipOff.com.
Turfcutter sits on more than $25k of life-time profit from $100 win bets, while Embry boasts an impressive 8% since August 2017.
Amongst the rest, Robert Brandolini made a spectacular rare appearance to horse race calling for SKY Racing on Saturday and certainly didn't disappoint. Not only did he give punters his customary quality call, but he also found 5 winners from the 6 races at Armidale. That effort gave his followers a massive 147% POT or $882 profit from $100 win bets.
Considering Brandolini usually calls the dogs, and only occasionally fills in as a thoroughbred racecaller, this effort becomes even more commendable.
One of the best in the business had yet another impressive week. Deane Lester found 53% of profit on turnover for his followers who put their money behind Deane's staking plan which you can't get on radio, TV or Sky Racing. The only place you can get Deane's staking plan is on his racing website.
Punters following this staking plan with $100 win bets over the past 7 days found themselves $1,432 in the black.
And finally, the esteemed Ray Huxley from RSN deserves a mention for his big week. Huxley bagged $1,210 from $100 bets representing 67% POT, largely thanks to all three of his best bets running first past the post.
With these big names firing, you'd be tempted to be led by their judgement in the big Melbourne Cup week that's now on our door step.
