Race 6 #5 Tiger Town $5.00

This 4YO gelding looks primed for a big performance here.

He has been given plenty of time to build into this campaign and we saw glimpses of his best last start at this track, when finally racing over the mile.

He now returns with the same set-up, but drops in grade and will benefit from the 2kg claim from Molly Bourke.

A similar performance will see him go almighty close to winning this and get needs space to run on to be hard to beat.

Race 7 #4 Akua'rius $51.00

I think this is the best long shot on a tricky program.

He was given no hope when first up, after settling last in a slowly run race and with no intent by Jay Ford.

Tom Sherry now takes the reins and should settle this gelding much closer to the speed.

In a race lacking genuine tempo and now with the run under his belt he can surprise at odds.

He is a former G1 winner in Germany over 2400 and if he returns to his best here can surprise.
