We return to Sha Tin on Saturday for a 10 race card with plenty of quality gallopers engaged.
After getting his best bet home at Happy Valley on Wednesday night in Sugar Sugar, The Right Man has dropped his best plays for today's action.
Race 9 #4 Five G Patch $2.50
A competitive heat but I like the chance of FIVE G PATCH for Tony Cruz.
The son of Camelot is lightly raced for a 5YO and he shed the Hong Kong maiden tag on his final run last season over track and trip.
Despite being 0-3 this term, he runs well and was given a lot to do last time when a never nearer second to Natural Storm.
He is 9Ib above his winning mark but we haven't seen the best of him and Hugh Bowman gets another chance to land the spoils.
In an open race, one of his main rivals is stablemate, Champion Dragon ridden by Luke Ferraris and Zac Purton can't be discounted onboard Hit The Shot for John Size.
Despite those dangers, the selection can score over course and distance for the second time.
Race 10 #4 Beauty Eternal $1.80
Zac Purton can end the day on a winning note aboard BEAUTY ETERNAL for John Size.
The classy 4YO was an impressive track and trip winner on debut before having the worst luck going when only third to Science Patch.
Purton found daylight all too late but would surely have won with a clear passage.
Further misfortune came his way when ruled out of the next two races on veterinary advice but he looked back to his best in a recent trial under the five time champion jockey.
Gate 12 is a negative but good horses can win from anywhere and worth remembering he scored on debut from the 14 barrier.
Youthful Deal can chase the selection home on his return to turf under Vincent Ho.
