Brendan Delaney has been crowned Tipster of the Year for 2021, after a cracking year which saw his 108 tips yield an incredible 55% POT.
This may come as a surprise to many, given Delaney is known better to some a greyhound tipster.
His versatility as a form analyst was on show for all to see throughout the year, and the undoubted highlight came in June when he went 7/7 at Ballarat to tip the card.
It's fair to say the RSN analyst ticked one of the bucket list after the feat, and now he has the Tipster of the Year gong to add to the mantlepiece.

As we mentioned earlier, WA tipsters were well represented in 2021 and it was Chris Blackwell who had the best of it with 29% POT.
The OzRace form expert was on fire throughout the year, consistently bagging profit after profit.
Blacky deserves an even bigger wrap given the sheer volume of tips he entered - 550. That's nearly 100 more than anyone else in the top 10 rankings.
In fact, he finished top of the tree for most Cash Profit, reeling in a staggering $16K from $100 win bets on all his tips.
An incredible effort.
Gun NSW analyst Mitchell Hamilton was a whisker away from a podium finish in fourth place with 23% POT.
The Telegraph Racing expert steered punters into 60 winners at a very handy average price of $5.75.
The next Wester Australian cab off the rank was Terry McCormack, who finished in the top 5.
The McCormack New Year's Party must have been a good hit-out, considering Peter also finished in the top 10 with 15% POT.
It's no wonder bookmaking is in the blood.
